This guide provides information for health professionals, program administrators, educators, policymakers, and others working in states and communities to assist them in planning, developing, and implementing efforts to ensure that pregnant women receive optimal oral health services.
The resource guide is divided into three sections:
- A description of materials, such as brochures and handouts, pocket guides, policy, guidelines, curricula, reports, and tools published from 2012 to 2017.
- A list of federal agencies, national professional associations, and resource centers that may serve as resources.

One of which, Tips for Good Oral Health During Pregnancy that can be used with WIC participants, is available in Arabic, Chinese, Chuukese, German, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
