Alabama WIC's August-Sept. 2010 Summer Outreach Campaign was called "Healthy Foods for a Healthy Future". The campaign was marketed through television (5 major networks, 9 cable), movie theaters (22 total), 87 newspapers, major city transit system, radio (9 large frequency networks) and at all WIC approved stores. Alabama WIC experienced a significant caseload increase at the close of Fiscal year 2010.

During 2010 the Mesa County Health Department WIC program in Colorado developed a media campaign drawing attention to new food packages and the breastfeeding peer counseling program.
These advertisements were created by Volusia County to promote the new WIC foods as well as general health messages. Materials are available in PDF format below:

To complement our transition to emotion-based counseling and VENA, the WV WIC social marketing campaign has adopted a family friendly visual image system. Our tagline "WIC Helps You Help Your Family", is now complimented by an attractive logo. Materials include English and Spanish brochures and posters, a banner display, an outreach materials order form, and newspaper ad.

- Washington State developed this outreach flyer advertising the benefits of WIC participation. The flyer is also available in Amharic, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tigrinya, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
- Tell Your Friends Counter Card [PDF]
Washington also developed a "Tell Your Friends" counter card to promote the benefits of WIC. Also available in Spanish and Russian.
The WIC Show is a series of show video segments designed for using in WIC waiting rooms and classrooms. The videos were developed in English and Spanish in both standard and looped formats.
