Project CARE - Cease Alcohol Related Exposure (2012)

Developed by the Public Health Foundation WIC Program in California.

The purpose of the CARE Project (Cease Alcohol Related Exposure) is to improve the quality of education for pregnant women related to alcohol consumption. Through this project, PHFE WIC provides training to local agency WIC staff throughout California on evidence-based alcohol screening protocols and brief intervention techniques.
