WIC Breastfeeding Support Services are available to all WIC participants.
Continue with breast milk feedings.Continue with breast milk and iron-fortified infant formula (up to 312 reconstituted fluid ounces).Continue with iron-fortified infant formula (up to 624 reconstituted fluid ounces).
Fully breastfed infants receive 16 ounces of iron-fortified infant cereal.Partially breastfed infants receive 8 ounces of iron-fortified infant cereal.Fully formula fed infants receive 8 ounces of iron-fortified infant cereal.
Infants receive 128 ounces of jarred infant fruits and vegetables.Infants receive 128 ounces of jarred infant fruits and vegetables.Infants receive 128 ounces of jarred infant fruits and vegetables.

Starting at 6 months of age, State agencies may provide participants with: 

a $20 cash-value benefit (CVB*) instead of the 128 ounces of jarred infant fruits and vegetables 
or
a $10 CVB* and 64 ounces of jarred infant fruits and vegetables

*CVB is for the purchase of fresh and one other form (canned or frozen) of fruits and vegetables. Dried fruits and vegetables are not authorized for infants.
