The WIC food package is among the top reasons for continued participation in WIC. Providing participants with recipes and tips on using WIC foods is a great way to help them get the most out of their food packages, inspire them to try new foods, and encourage lifelong healthy eating.
Based on feedback from WIC staff, we have developed a new series of content for participants.
The What Do I Do With My series (WDIDWM) features a collection of recipes, tips, and ideas you can share with participants to help them prepare WIC-eligible foods that may be new or unfamiliar to them.
