Promote the importance of physical activity, physical fitness, and sports participation for WIC participants. 

Day and Week Observances

National Women's Health Week (Begins on Mother's day, the second Sunday of May annually) 
Celebrate WIC moms by helping them make their health a priority and reminding them to prioritize their physical and mental health and well-being.

Children's Mental Health Awareness Day (Thursday of first full week of May)
Raise awareness about children's mental health.
