WIC Breastfeeding Support

USDA's national breastfeeding campaign is WIC Breastfeeding Support Learn Together. Grow Together. Based on a social marketing approach, the campaign’s goal is to encourage breastfeeding amongst WIC moms and provide support and resources to new moms seeking to breastfeed. Campaign materials are available through an updated website for participants that supports WIC moms using a stage-based approach focused on their breastfeeding journey.

Whether a WIC mom is learning about breastfeeding, starting to breastfeed, overcoming challenges, or thriving, WIC Breastfeeding Support has the information, resources and support to help moms meet their breastfeeding goals. It also contains many downloadable resources and materials for WIC State and local agencies to share with participants and external partners. These include:

• and resources for moms and moms’ support network, including materials and information for dads and grandparents

WIC Staff can now find the training modules and resources for Grow and Glow in WIC and Peer Counseling Training for WIC Managers on WIC Works.
