WIC Learning Online (WLOL) - Getting Started

Welcome to WIC Learning Online

Skillsoft Percipio

WIC Learning Online is moving to Percipio, a new and improved platform.
Prior to this change, coming in late Spring 2023, we recommend that you:

Complete any in-progress courses

Print or save records you'd like to keep

We will continue to update this page as information becomes available.

Before getting started with a WIC Learning Online (WLOL) course, check out some helpful information and tips below to ensure a smooth experience.

WLOL is available on the Skillport learning management system (LMS), and the TRAIN Learning Network for WIC State agencies who are part of this LMS.  For information about TRAIN, please contact your State agency TRAIN Administrator.

To allow you to stop mid-course and pick up where you left off, WLOL requires you to create an account. Visit the WIC Learning Online Login page to complete the registration form.  The form will require you to choose your own, unique User ID.  Within 24 - 48 hours of being submitting, you will receive an email with additional instructions. If you don't receive an email from Skillsoft, please check your Spam or Junk folders.  Please note, until your account is approved, your User ID will display as Deactivated.

Forgotten User ID or Password

Use the Forgot your UserID? or Forgot your password? links on the Skillport site to request another email, reset your password or verify whether you entered your email correctly when you registered.

Disabled Accounts

For Skillport users, if you haven't logged into WLOL for two or more years, please register for a new account by clicking on the Register link.  If you are unable to create a new account or have other questions, please contact the WIC Works team.
