Provides a downloadable chart that shows how often women and children can eat more than 60 types of fish and shellfish, which are grouped into “best choices,” “good choices” and “choices to avoid” based on mercury content. A web version of the chart is available in Spanish and a text version of the chart is available in English and Spanish.
Downloadable charts in various languages are also available. These languages include Spanish, Arabic, French, Hmong, Khmer, Korean, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
